Busta and Gem

This is a card that I have entered into Pink Gem's Designs 'A Gem of a challenge' number 50 and passion for pro marker week 157 'Gingham/checks'

Gem and Busta (kennel name 'Mikey's Gem)

following the sketch below and the theme of gingham and checks
I chose to use Pink Gem Designs digi stamp 'Little Gem in love' for my image (coloured in with pro markers and inks)
This was mainly because I have a Westy and Janet has a Cairn (hence the white and charcoal colourings)
I have used a Scalloped circle with eyelets
gingham ribbon in pink and blue
Gingham papers from Craft work cards
sizzix flowers Daisy 2 die
Scalloped circle to mount the birthday sentiment
core-dinations  pastels for matting and layering
Craft work cards sentiments and card candy
I also used a Tonic Border punch for the under layer and instead of throwing the punched out flowers I used them on the coordinating paper.
I used a small amount of glossy accents for the noses and stickles star dust glitter to finish off.
